Product return

We inspect all products coming to our online store and report any deviations in connection with the product description. If the product is broken during delivery or its condition does not correspond to the product description, please contact us. All returns must always be agreed with the merchant in advance.

The complaint period is 14 days from the pick-up / arrival of the product. The best way to reach us is by calling +358 40 500 5523. We will not reimburse you for the costs of the return, unless the return has first been agreed with us.

All orders are subject to a 14-day return policy for unopened packaging in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

Shipments broken during delivery

We pack the ordered products carefully. But unfortunately, despite this, the shipment may be damaged during mail delivery. For this reason, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package and any damage to the package when picking up the shipment. If the shipment is damaged during transport of mail, report the damage to your post office immediately. Also contact us and we will arrange for the delivery of a replacement product.

Cancelling the order

The order can be canceled by notifying Emma Aarrearkku's customer service no later than within 14 days of receiving the goods.
